The course is one hour per week for 6 weeks so, 6 hours plus some homework time.

All sessions are recorded so if you miss a class, don't worry, just email me and I'll send you a copy of the recording.

There's no time limit. All course recordings will be made available to you, just drop me an email after the class session and I'll send this to you.

Yes! Our sessions have homework to help key lessons stick and allow you the opportunity to ask me any questions once you've given our lessons a run in real life.
